Synopsis
Two strangers meet on a dirty London train. One won’t remember. The other will never forget.
Hana can’t imagine life beyond the train ride. Logan shouldn’t even be there. They are prisoners of circumstance. They are both afraid.
Years later in a small town in New Zealand, the strangers hold the key to each other’s future. Their second meeting will unleash a terrifying chain of events. Hana needs help but is Logan the one to give it?
What would you do if your life depended on an object you couldn’t find?
And would you trust a man you hardly knew when everyone around you warned against it?
Sometimes you just have to risk everything. Or lose it all anyway
Review
I had already read one of the Books in this box set, about Hana. But starting the series again from the timelines start meant I understood that book more.Hana is a character which drove me nuts with her insecurities and doubts with Logan, but I understood where these insecurities were coming from as the books progressed.
Ms Bowes has crafted a second chance romance with a mystery that I thought resolved itself, but by the time I got to the end of the excerpt from the next book in the series, I am once again Wondering if there's more to unravel about what really happened to Hanas first husband.
I enjoyed the books setting, as I am familiar with both area's the book is based in.
Now onto Logan, he was a true alpha male and very interesting to read and learn what made him tick, but he also caused Hanas insecurities with his secrets and lack of communication with Hana.
This series really showed how not communicating with your partner can lead to miss understanding which I thought Ms Bowes wrote well.
I'm going to be buying the other book as soon as payday hits as I need to find out who's watching Hana!
