This was an adorable beginning to a great series. Audrey is your shy college girl who loves baking. She loves hitting the local markets on the weekends and getting the freshest materials to work with. Her favorite spot is the Monroe’s apples. Now she’s on a mission to make plenty of pies for a school bake sale. With getting so many bushels of apples, she needs help.

Here comes in Thomas, the Monroe’s son, also a werecat. She’s seem him around but has never been brave enough to talk to him, now she’s getting his help to take all these apples to her house. Thomas pretty sure he knew what Aubrey was to him, but the more time he spends with her he definitely knows she’s his one true mate. With Aubrey just being a typical human, will the knowledge of Thomas being a werecat scare her away? What about the threat to all shifter communities?

This story has plenty of action and love, and a step out of the norm for typical shifter stories. This is definitely a HEA book, and one you don’t want to miss. It’s a great start for the series with great stories to follow!
